This is usually a good, fast stop...today was terrible! 20 minutes in the drive thru! There were 5 cars total with a 20 minute wait is crazy... hopefully things are back to normal next week when I stop!
The wait when ordering in for breakfast was really long. I think they mainly cater to the drive through.
Food was incorrect. Had to get someone's attention from the kitchen to fix it. Staff demeaning to each other. Bun was dry and unappealing.

The McDonald’s in Newton has mixed reviews. One customer said it is usually a good, fast stop, but today was terrible with a 20 minute wait in the drive thru. Another described the service as not exciting and the food as over priced crap cut meats and sugar. A customer at the Newton location wanted an egg McMuffin and was helped by a nice guy who was positive, friendly and hard working. The new McDonald’s in south Newton does not cater to cash customers much, with no menu on the wall. Another loves the Kansas Avenue Newton McDonald’s because it is close, has almost no wait, and everyone is so so friendly.
