Every time I go to this place the service is terrible, the food is cheap and served cold or room temperature, my drinks are served in dirty glasses, and the price is just way to much. Chilis used to be a good cheap place to eat but now I could go literally anywhere else and get a better experience for the same price or less. This last time I went they even tried to double charge me for a drink that's supposed to be included in the price of my child's kids meal.

I watched a server run his fingers through his hair and then wipe his nose on the back of his hand working between the front of the house and the kitchen area. When I spoke to the manager on duty at the time, a male with dark hair and a beard, he reacted like he didn't understand English. BUYER BEWARE.

Silverware was dirty, covered with old food and fingerprints. Table was greasy and also had fingerprints all over it. Food was mid. Spent 70$ for chilis and it tasted bad ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ž wife ordered medium rare steak which once again it’s a chilis so not expecting much but it was well done and hard to cut. The server was very nice and is really good at her job. My complaint is not about the customer service but more about the cleanliness of the restaurant. If my silverware was cleaned properly what else isn’t being done in the way it should be. ( I love chilis and this is the first location I have had a negative experience at).

Came here to have dinner with my kids never been to Chili’s. Food was very good The atmosphere was very chill. Not very loud could hear each other talk which was good. Good service and not long wait.

It was great. Everything tasted good, service was a little slow but it was during lunchtime so to be expected. Its a Chillis. Its not going to blow your mind, but for a chain the food was pretty tasty.

We ordered through DoorDash and everything arrived perfectly packaged and delicious. The food was ready surprisingly fast, too. We usually dine in, but had a gift card for DoorDash this time—delivery can be hit or miss, but this experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

We ordered 2 chicken strip baskets with fries and after almost a 45 minute wait we finally got our food only to have the fries were cold and the chicken was like rubber not hot at all. Very frustrating to have to wait that long only to get bad food. We were tired and ready to go by then, so I didn’t bother to bring it to the manager’s attention because I wasn’t sure how long that would take to get them to our table.
