I was supposed to get a bowl of chicken enchilada soup to go. I got about 2 oz of broth and the rest of the bowl was filled with soggy tortilla strips. So disappointing.

Professional garbage. I want to thank Chillis for confirming that I can never eat there again. The food here is the worst. Ordered wings that were huge almost comically big hmo chewy tough like shoe leather. Ribs were old, corn was old. $53 for trash. Had to throw everything in the garbage. I will never eat here or any Chilis again.

First impression when entering the building was the floors hadn't been swept in days. Busy Friday evening. When seated I sat in ranch dressing on chair, not expecting it needing cleaning & ranch dressing dripping from side of table. Went bathroom for paper towels to clean myself. Bathroom also filthy. When order finally came, two out of five orders where wrong. My bone in wings were stale & not very good. One hamburger order returned & replaced. Ironically after reading a previous customer review, appeared to have a bite taken out of the hamburger!!! Will never take a chance on returning to this establishment again!!

Sliders were burned, cheese sticks were not hot and chicken tenders were hot but tough not tender. Service was slow - 20 minutes to get a $12.50 margarita at happy hour. Too expensive!!! And slow. Asked twice where it was. Only 3or4 customers in the whole place. We were sat where it was frigid when the door opened for carry out. I heard Chilis was getting better. Not this one. Interior is worn out. Tile top tables were dirty.

We had a party of 11 our waitress said that she had only been there for a week so she really was not familiar with the menu or drinks. Our drinks from the bar took a very long time and then when they did show app we had to send a few of those back because they were disgusting and then we ordered a second round of drinks and actually had to go to the bar to ask the bartender to make them actually waited 30 minutes no one there seemed to know much about anything maybe they were all new but we will never go back there again.

From the getgo, everything was bad. They didn't seem to know who our server was. Waitress took our drink orders and when the drinks finally arrived, they weren't very good. We ordered appetizers which took too long and arrived the same time as our dinner. Food was good.. desserts were good. We waited a long time for our bill and finally realized we were supposed to pay on the handheld which was on the table. The waitress was supposed to split the check but screwed that up. We won't be going back.

Ordered online for delivery. Food arrived late with one entree and side missing. I was on hold for 10 minutes, then the manager was unapologetic. The food we did receive was meh and not packed well. Won't go or order from there again.
