I normally am not the one to post reviews but this one really annoyed me tonight. Came into Chipotle tonight to pick up dinner with my fiancé. I ask for steak, the kid gave me half a scoop of steak and when I ask for more he literally only gave me one more piece of steak. When my fiancé asked for more chicken he did the same thing. Yet the lady in front of use got two scoops (no she did not ask for double). Not a good experience.
Ordered pick up from Olathe 53th street location. Ordered a SOFRITAS burrito bowl with extra cheese being one ingredient it came with no cheese and I think a teaspoon of SOFRITAS because I didn’t see any, not sure who the terrible person was who couldn’t read what was ordered but they need to be retrained. Didn’t have time to go back. So got screwed on that one. Otherwise they usually do a good job
Ordered chipotle through DoorDash. My son’s burrito on the right came in the door dash order.
Came back to the store. Not one single apology just a justification regarding why the burrito was so tiny and I’ll remake it for you. That’s it. Tried to say that the burrito on right was the normal size of burrito due to portions. But was given the burrito on the left which looks more like a normal chipotle burrito
