Very disappointed with my visit to Chipotle today. I placed an online order for a kid’s meal, which is supposed to include a fresh fruit option, but I was given an inedible orange (see photo). On top of that, the drink I ordered was completely forgotten. For the price, I expect better quality and more attention to detail.

I think this is my first written review. But I was just so disappointed. It's been quite a while since I visited a Chipote, even when my family wanted to go there, I would go somewhere else because the last time I went it wasn't worth the cost. The portion of the meat was meager compared to what it use to be. I thought I would try it again. I ordered tacos with carnitas. One taco got one stringy piece of carnita and i got plenty of sides to fill the taco up. I guess the server felt the other tacos got to much and he needed to be stingy on the third taco. I almost said something to the associate, but just decided I won't visit Chipote again and I'll spend my money somewhere else where I get value for my money.

I stopped going to Chipotle a little over a year ago, wasn’t getting the quality food I’d received in the past. This new location popped up next to my favorite grocery store and I figured I’d give it a try. My family and I both agree the food at this location is very fresh and flavorful! Reminds me of when Chipotle first opened up! I noticed there are some reviews where they aren’t rated as high, maybe it’s a hit or miss sort of thing, but my last two orders have been very good! Keep it up, don’t change a thing!

Food does not taste as fresh as other locations. Chips tasted stale, burrito was think and tough, guacamole not mashed well. Probably won’t come back here. Other locations with much better quality.

Probably the worst Chipotle in KC. Huge chunks of fat in the barbacoa, if there's any meat at all. Chips are stale. Food comes out cold. Would not recommend this location.

Customer service has gone down significantly here the past two months.
Today I went through drive thru and the glass doors were aggressively opened followed by an immediate “name” then proceeded to aggressively hand me bag followed by my coke shoved into my hand forcibly to where it spilled all over my car. No ice was even put in it. I come here 3 times a week. Maybe time to look elsewhere.

I’ve been to this Chipotle many times over the past few years. Management has been lacking severely these past few months. This Chipotle has denied service multiple times stating that the only way to get food was an online order (the website said nothing about this, no warning until you arrive). When I was here a few minutes ago, the workers were rude (understandable as it was rush hour, I don’t blame them,) but they were also out of multiple types of meat. When asked if we could be charged with the meat we wanted instead of barbacoa (what we had to get) they denied it. They also didn’t pack our order correctly and it all fell out of our bag due to leakage.

Nice new restaurant. New seating does not offer many low tables. Primarily high tops. Really nice staff!
Horrible service. Line workers didn't listen and were fighting with each other the whole time we were there. Food mispackaged and ripped through the bag.

I've been coming to this Chipotle location for a while now. Most of the time, the food and service are solid. But there’s one employee who consistently ruins the experience — a younger guy with blond hair and glasses who works the Chipotlane window for online order pickups.
Every time he’s at the window, it’s the same thing: bad attitude. Today was the worst. I gave him my name, and he immediately let out a loud sigh before handing me the bag like I was an inconvenience. I checked the bag and saw he crammed all our items into one that clearly wasn’t big enough — the queso was tilted and leaking, and the kids’ chips were missing.
I backed up to the window to let him know, and with a visibly annoyed face, he says, “Yes?” I told him our chips were missing, and instead of helping, he rolls his eyes and peers into the bag like I’m lying. I showed him the contents, and he begrudgingly went to get one bag of chips. I reminded him it should be two kids’ chips — he sighed again, rolled his eyes again, then went to check the computer as if he still didn’t believe me. Turns out he was wrong, and he handed me another bag without saying a word.
If you hate your job that much, just quit. His attitude is horrible, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened with him. If it happens again, I’ll be reporting it to corporate. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
