When we first started playing our card was just scanning using up points but the game wasn't working. Had to get points added back on. I don't recommend purchasing the unlimited trampoline experience. Unlimited is not true at all. It would be unlimited if they weren't short-staffed/someone watching the trampoline door the entire time. I paid $24 supposedly for unlimited and could rarely get my kids in to jump because no one was at the door. You have to track someone...

A little on the pricey side but was great for my kid's birthday party last weekend!

Good service, any issues were sorted quickly, place was clean, and nice to see them recently revamp the gaming area a bit.

This location was clean and very open! Not nearly as cramped as the Metcalf location. All the games are the same price (1point). That was cool, but the games were really stingy on giving out tickets.
The manager was helpful and informative since we couldn’t figure out what deal to purchase for games.
