Vader's Bar & Deli is an unexpected pleasure with a large assortment of sandwiches and delicious onion strings. The portions are very generous, with tater tot sides, sandwiches, and onion straws. The food is amazing and the service was great. This bar is a legend and a hidden gem in downtown Olathe near the courthouse. The bacon burger, fries, and salads are highly recommended. The fried chicken, chicken strips, tenderloin sandwiches, and tater tots are gluten-free and incredibly tasty, with a great gluten free menu. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions, making every visit enjoyable.
