Unfortunately, I decided to give this location another try due to past unhappy experiences. Seems it has not changed. This time I was charged and gave someone else’s order. I immediately circled the building and got back in line. Once at the window, it was just chaotic. No one knew what to do and then I was asked to provide proof this was not my order to get a refund, which I paid thru the Dunkin phone app. It just went on and on.
