More than once I’ve traveled to this location to pick up a sandwich. One of the things I like best is using the drive thru it stores my last order. Last time I went it wasn’t working. Whoever put the sign up that you just come in to order is a fool. If I wanted to order inside, I would have already been there. Today is hot. I decided to give this another shot. Sign taped on window drive thru broken come inside to order. The question is, if you have a staff in the building why are you asking your customers to come inside when you could easily take their order from the window? I tried that the first time this happened and the staff completely ignored me at the window. I thought later, what a crazy idea that was. The staff was too busy doing nothing because there wasn’t a car around for miles. Two times is enough. You obviously have all the biz you want…-1

Cursing, sweeping the dirt over my shoes while I filled up my drink, had to reach across the counter to grab my food. Was filthy near the drink area. This was 5/11/25 at 2:10 PM.

Came in to order two sandwiches, but after seeing the filthy equipment and counters, decided to leave. I don’t think OSHA would approve. No paper underneath the bread(customers sandwich) on the dirty counter and meat scraps everywhere! Disgusting and unsanitary!

Ordered an Italian sandwich. They decided to put the oil, vinegar and mayonnaise Directly on the top bun…. for a delivery order? So yeah, bread was ruined. On top of that, I’ve had my fair share of good sense and always order the same thing. Something tasted off, hence the reason I’m writing this review. The meat had been expired or something. After seeing their other reviews for this place It seems like they need a change in management. This location -10/10
Tried to call ahead and order. Refused order. Walked in the door at 8:59 Ellison refused to serve me saying they close at 9. With the open sign still on. sucks had a fresh 20$ tip for him done even wasting my time with this place make up their own hours… half the time they aren’t even open past 8 worked in the area for year.. will be my last ridgeview goodcents just make the trip to the Lackman.

Proper food handling skills are severely lacking by nearly every employee on the floor. I've personally observed on more than one occasion money being handled with gloves on, and then food being prepared with the same gloves immediately after. I've also witnessed employees wiping their nose on their gloves or scratching their head and then preparing food. Sometimes all 3 in succession. That happened today actually, hence the review. I don't know why they don't just have one person stationed at the register and drive-thru to handle the cash transactions and leave the others to prepare the food while practicing safe food handling skills. Just please, for the love of Turkey Tuesday, please PLEASE change your gloves.
