This was a drive thru order so I can't rate atmosphere but drive thru was great! Food was prepared perfectly and drinks were done as ordered. We were very happy!

To go order, chicken Alfredo, not bad. I don't think it was enough for 6-8 people, like they said. We were 3 people and not big eaters, and we were hoping for leftovers, but no, we finished it. So, instead of feeding 6-8, it's more like 3-4. So keep that in mind. Also, what's with the tiny pieces of bread in all that aluminum foil? There is too much waist of aluminum foil. The pasta was better than expected.

Disappointing service here today. The worker made cash change for another customer and then touched my sandwich without changing gloves. When I pointed out what he had done he offered to change his gloves. Too late!Who knows what happens when you order online.

Ordered twice for pickup from this location and botched both times. The first time order was very late. The second time it was the completely incorrect sandwich (and didn't realize until I couldn't go back to correct it). Will just drive to other locations.

Our office goes to this Goodcents, and the food is usually fresh. However, the person who makes the sandwiches goes from taking money at the window and being at the cash register to touching the food with the SAME gloves on. I always have to ask them to put fresh gloves on before making my order. Friendly staff for the most part. The employees just need training on being sanitary.
Great food at a decent price. Staff is always helpful and kind and build your sandwich the way you want. Better bang for your buck vs subway in my opinion

Our order was online for pickup. We're told when it would be ready. We legally parked un a handicap spot. 3 of the 4 spots left were marked for another business. When they didn't come out I walked in and and found our order sitting there. They made excuses and justifications why they were too lazy to come out and serve us.Goodscents at 22724 midland dr. Shawnee ks 66226. Your staff is rude and lazy.

Worst experience I have had in a long time. The lead manager is entirely unprofessional. And the entire staff was not trained correctly. Most seemed as if they had never worked a shift before. Almost every order was wrong and had to be remade--sad deal.

I placed a very large catering order and was told by the staff at the Ridgeview Goodcents location when I called before placing my order that I could get an 11:15 Delivery on the day I requested, if I just wrote on the order, "Need 11:15 delivery", which I did. Today when my order did not get delivered at 11:15, I called the restaurant the staff acted like it was no big deal and that my order had not been picked up by DoorDash and was scheduled to be picked up for 12 noon delivery, not the 11:15 delivery time I was originally promised. When I mentioned my conversation to the staff person that I originally talked with when I placed the order, he dismissed our conversation and said "well when we talked, that was days ago". They didn't offer to contact DoorDash to get them to come quicker or offer any other solution, but when I told me I was coming to pick up the order, he asked how far away I was and that he hoped I got there before the DoorDash delivery person. He then said he would call to cancel the DoorDash delivery and take the DoorDash tip off my order. The food was good and fresh and the order was correct, but that did not make up for the fact that I had an office full of people waiting for a lunch that was to start at 11:30 and that I had to come pick up the order myself. I will order Mr. Goodcents again but I will never order from this location again because of the very poor customer service that I received.

Always a great sub but what makes this place better is the drive thru capability. It saves your orders from the prior visit and speeds up the whole process! Really cool technology that I would love to see other places use.
