I am very disappointed in the customer service I received today when ordering my daughter a kids' meal at this shop in Olathe. I asked to have regular wheat bread, in place of the artificially-dyed food coloring rainbow bread, and was given a hard time about it. After complaining, they did honor this substitution, but I was told they're being told by higher up not to honor this request for regular bread.
