I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

I am horrified, I doordashed these because I’m home with the baby today and I didn’t want to get her out in the cold and they won’t dash Wingstop this far (Spring Hill) and when I got my food I received this in my food as “blue cheese” it stinks so bad and made the wings taste like the smell I almost vomited. How the heck does nobody notice this when packaging?
If you're door dashing this is literally Chili's which is fine, but deceptive to me especially with the pictures they posted.

Place is totally on the skids. Horrible service and food has gone into the toilet. Tonight I ordered curb service. Texted I was there then waited 10 min. Went inside the to-go door nobody there. Finally waved down a young kid explained, he looked said he found my order. Packed it. I took it home. Was totally wrong order. Called. Asked for manager. Maggie said he was in an orientation and busy. I told her my issue and got in the car. Went back 15 miles, went in, Maggie and manager, young 30’s maybe, 5’ 8” dark hair and lip rug with an attitude. They had my food stone cold. I asked for some compensation. Manager said no since I got my food. I said I was not coming back and would tell all my friends of the terrible service. As I opened the door the manager said, good (I turned around) with a giant smirk he said, go tell ‘em all! So I am. Food has also gotten rough. My chicken quesadilla chopped chicken dad bone and gristle in 25-30 % of the pieces. Sour cream was heavily watered down and had already started to separate from the extra added water. Terrible place. Something changed a few months back. Heaven help those that go and don’t know.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
