I had an issue with the Orange chicken I had ordered and instead of going back and complaining I just let it go. The quality, portions, freshness, speed of food of Jasmine Pavillon is normally A+++ plus. It’s one of my families favorites when we are craving delicious Chinese food here in Johnson County. Well the kids did not like the orange chicken this time, everything else was fantastic! However I was not trying to go back to the restaurant and complain and be that person. Later in the evening I received a request in my email box asking “How did we do?”basically a survey about my experience and I gave an honest review.
The next day I get a message from the company and wow I can’t tell you how blown away I was by the customer service! Whoever was messaging me apologize completely took into account what my issues were. Let me know that this was not something that they want to happen again they made me feel like they really care that I’m a customer I know this is just a restaurant to everyone else. However they really made me feel like the money and my opinion mattered. Not once did they blame give excuses or make me feel like it was probably just my issue. They really wanted me to know that their complete goal is customer satisfaction and that I know the quality of their food is important to them. I cannot believe how personable this experience was. I’ve been going here for a couple years and I can 100% say I will be there #1 fan for going back! I normally don’t take the time to write good reviews unless it really is worth it and I feel like this had to be had to be said. Any company that takes the time to actually review and respond to the customers is very rare these days. I think what it was amazing was the survey was private it wasn’t going to be on social media or anything so there really was no need for the company to reach out to me and only to just take the feedback given. Places like this are very rare and they should be acknowledged. I truly appreciate not feeling like a number like everywhere else. Jasmine Pavilion showed me the quality of their food and their customers are truly very important to them. Any business especially one that serves food, that takes the time to resolve, correct or even acknowledge customers experience even if it was initially negative and turn it around to make my experience happy is so valuable . Thank you so much ! Can’t wait to order from you again!!

Got chicken and it was stringy dry and had a slightly weird taste. Ordered egg drop soup and there was a black spot on one of the egg pieces that looked suspiciously similar to mold.

Received the wrong order Sunday evening and the owner reached out to me on Monday outside of operating hours/days to let me know she'd seen my review and wanted to replace my order on Tuesday when they reopened.
I've never experienced that level of customer service from an owner on their off day. Reminded me of why I always get my tofu from this place if I'm not cooking it myself.
Vegetarian options: I really enjoy the general tso tofu with extra brocoli and brown rice. It's a cheat meal with a little less cheating... consistently delicious.

My family has ordered from here multiple times for big family events. Fills everyone up and everybody loves it. Good Chinese Food. Only reason I gotta give it 4 instead of 5 stars is one of our bagged orders had a fly trapped inside of it. Was a little gross, but luckily they sealed all the food pretty good. Overall good experience and I’ll still eat from here.

Chicken fried rice was very good and savory and the chicken was lightly fried. Chicken and broccoli was great!
Never go to this place, very rude customer service. They will rush you to get your food for pick up asap. We always pick up our orders on time and only one time was late. Inconsiderate, poor customer service. Don't argue with these people about your orders, they might spit and put something unpleasant.
Got three dishes with chicken and in 2 of the 3 the chicken is hardly cooked. The one that it is cooked in (sesame chicken) was basically all breading and not much chicken. Not a lot of flavor. Overall really disappointed. We went because we’d smelled it from the parking lot and thought it smelled incredible but everything was not good.
