Always love the food here. They have fewer options for customization, but I feel like it's just one less decision I have to add to my day. If you're going out to eat in the first place it's because you really didn't want to think that hard. So having to choose a lot of options can be draining after a long day.

Jersey Mike's is hands down the best fast food sub joint. This location has never failed me. My orders have always been correct, and made very well (which can't be said for the location on Shawnee Mission next to the Target). There's one employee in there who took my order who seems like he doesn't want to talk to you, let alone anybody. Not blatantly rude, but not a great ordering experience. All of the other employees are very nice and helpful however.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Jersey Mike’s.
My husband went into the store to order two items and redeem his birthday reward (which was visible in the app). We intentionally ordered in person because we haven’t been in months due to a prior quality issue and wanted to ensure the order was correct. The food was fully made when staff suddenly said a PIN was required to use the reward.
In over a decade of being a customer, we have never once been asked for a PIN to redeem a reward. The staff admitted they didn’t know what the PIN was, didn’t know how to help navigate the app, and didn’t even know the customer service phone number. Their explanation was essentially that they don’t use the app, so they couldn’t help.
I am pregnant, hungry, and ended up leaving the store without the food that had already been made and without being able to use a valid birthday reward—simply due to a policy no one in the store understood or could explain.
Between inconsistent policies, untrained staff, and zero in-store support, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We will not be returning.

This place puts off a good vibe. There were 10 people behind the counter taking orders making sandwiches adding the extras and check out. Quick and efficient. Sandwiches are consistent. I always order #13Mikes way. The young people behind the counter are courteous, well mannered and work well together. That's good leadership and coaching. They make a good sandwich but allot of places do. I go here for the service. A good sandwich is a bonus.
