The service is so bad!!! The past 3 times we have been here the service sucks, this time we waited 40 minutes on a Tuesday night for 3 orders of enchiladas, terrible service!!! One waitress was crying in the bathroom, one playing on her phone, and the other flirting with the manager. If you spend $80 and wait 40 minutes for your food, you should expect it to be hot

Ordered online today for carryout, spent $71 and food was cold, mediocre. Had to input order 4 times to successfully order, I won't order online again. Placed order at 4pm for 530 pick up. They made it early, it was cold, even in the foil. Thru the wet taco out :( usually delish flautas were meh. Salty beans ? expensive disappointment. Chips were stale.

Best mexican food around. By far. Fresh, authentic and the restaurant aesthetic is an experience. Also, the real ingredients in the margarita make it a step above. Overall a 5 across the board.Vegetarian options: Best avocado . The way you want it.Kid-friendliness: Very interactive with the kids
K Machos santa fe is intolerant to the lactose intolerant. I was told that it is “impossible” to not cook all dishes with butter. Had an enjoyable time watching my family eat.Dietary restrictions: Not friendly to those who are lactose intolerant.

Everytime I go it's terrific. I get the same thing every time, Enchiladas Carbon. Fire. Great chips and salsa as well.
Best watermelon margaritas I have ever had! We had a very good waitress who took our orders, everything was delivered as ordered, and kept on top of filling drinks and kept up with replenishing the chips and salsa for our hungry group. Service is usually good, but she definitely took it up a couple of notches (sorry I forgot her name). Food was hot and tasty. Just a few side dishes I think could have been better. We have relatives that want to go here every time they come to town.Parking: It gets busy here! It is authentic not tex mex! Expect parking lot to fill up in the evenings, but the businesses around close somewhat early so you can find parking still in the same lot.
