Best watermelon margaritas I have ever had! We had a very good waitress who took our orders, everything was delivered as ordered, and kept on top of filling drinks and kept up with replenishing the chips and salsa for our hungry group. Service is usually good, but she definitely took it up a couple of notches (sorry I forgot her name). Food was hot and tasty. Just a few side dishes I think could have been better. My favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in Olathe. I have had an assortment of dishes here, and they were all delicious. Fajitas, Kansas Burrito, Carne Asada plate. The Chips and Dip is good, you can sometimes find a coupon for a free Queso Dip in one of the Valpak or other local flyers.
