We haven’t bought steaks from Fairway Meat market in 6 months - the meat they are selling as rib eye- is a top sirloin at best! I am furious that I stopped and bought steaks tonight. They have zero marble and are flavorless. Hen House has better steaks! Terrible! You will see me Monday! 😡

Very happy with the management at this location who personally handled my order for prime filets for our dinner party! The steaks were a total hit with our guests who all stated that it was the best and most tender cuts that they had ever enjoyed!
I rate Fareway Meat Market as the best Meat Market to shop in Kansas City!

I just got lunch there about 1:30, got a Philly cheesesteak and onion strings. Not good...cheesteak meat was all blackened and onion straws were fried in old grease Apparently the grill and grease needed to be cleaned. I drove a long way always wanted to try this place...won't go back. Also girl at the checkout was less than friendly!!
