Okay, hear me out. When this location was put in we were so excited to have a LC close to us. Our first pizzas were not great and the reviews have kept us away for several years now. Recently I have gone twice because I miss the LC pizza and breadsticks. Both times it has been TOP NOTCH!! With that being said, I haven't gone during busy times. It's been off times like 11am or 2pm. Pizza is exactly how I remember it being when the old location was here. I know their reviews have been bad but I would say, give it a chance for yourself. I'm so glad I did!! Love it! 🍕♥️

We enjoy some of the specialty pizzas here but the wait time is very long and requires a high level of patience. My advice is to order online and wait for confirmation that the pizza is ready before driving to pickup. The pizza lockers have worked great for us and the pizza stays warm. No matter when I order, I end up with about a 45-60 min wait even though the estimated time is 15 minutes so I can't time the pickup and end up waiting. If I need pizza at a certain time, I go to Dominos across the street. They also have $7-10 pizzas.

I haven’t had little Caesars for a while because I didn’t want to wait for hours for one pizza but I heard from a door dasher they had recently changed management and is a lot better so I tried it test ordered online walked two blocks expecting it to not even be ready was going to wait but I walked in and there it was hot and ready I’ll be back definitely

Ordered ahead of time, order late and when finally finished it was completely wrong. Drove all the way home for a pizza I didn’t order that I ordered 3 hours ahead for. One pizza. How hard can that possibly be?

Order 8 pizzas at 1:45pm to be picked up at 5:30pm ! Show up to pick them and they haven’t even put them into the over ! Poor management! Poor customer service!

My experience closely matches the bad reviews of other patrons. The guy that took my order at the counter was friendly enough but once he disappeared to the back I didn’t see him or my order for nearly 1 HOUR. The place was empty of customers and, as far as I could tell, no orders ahead of mine. The 2 other staff members, from what I could observe while they were briefly in my line of view, were purposefully avoiding all customer contact. They were completely unengaged, lacked personal hygiene (that’s a gross understatement) and unapologetic about the 1 hour wait time. I would have walked out after 30 mins if I hadn’t already dropped 30 bucks PLUS GRATUITY. The people employed here just don’t care and I’m sure their lack luster attitude has traveled down the pipeline from higher-ups. After considering all the bad reviews this joint has, as well as my own poor experience, it makes sense why I was the only customer in that store. As for the food, it was sub-par at best. Not worth the wait. Never, like ever, again.

Is there a zero star rating? Ordered online at 4:45 to be ready at 6:00. They hadn’t even started working our order when we got there at 6:05. I was told it was because other people came in and order pizzas too and they couldn’t control that. Then the manager told me it would be another 20minutes, 30 minutes later I requested my money back because they still hadn’t started making the order. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened at the Olathe location. Get it together guys, it’s slinging pizzas not rocket science.
Told 20 minutes. Still waiting 45 minutes later. Just don't do it.

I think that instead of complaining about something try reaching out and give them a chance to fix it. They are very nice here and very accommodating and I'm happy that I made the right choice to reach out get the issue fixed.
People are going to only be good as you treat them so be kind. Especially the food workers without them you'd be having to learn how to cook. Thank you Little Caesars

Really bad place, i been trying to purchase a pizza 4 different times and I been always told tha is going to take 35-40 minutes, is it “ always ready “ 35 minutes of waiting for a single pizza ?! Ridiculous 😤😡 to top it the employees on the back there always talking and they don’t even pay attention to costumers when they walk in!! The talk to me on the back really bad Because i told that guy that he is just refusing to do his job right!!
