I went in on a Sunday around 11 am wanted to get a lunch combo but apparently they dont serve them on the weekends ok. I saw a box in the warmer that looked like the lunch combo so I was like okay whats in that box empolyee said it was the new cheesy puffs i was oh ok ill take one of them to try he informed me that they dont sell them until 4 pm i was so confused to why they would have them out 5 hours before they sell them he states he had to if there was an order for them i looked at him and said well why cant i order one now but just walked out with crazy bread and left if it wasnt for the crazy bread i would never walk in that restaurant again

This is the second store I've had this issue with. I called ahead to place my order and instead of someone politely answering the phone and taking my order they hung up on me instead. Little Ceaser's must be doing so well that when they're busy they can afford to hang up on their customers. When in went to the store to inquire about this issue I was told there was no problem and the phone hadn't rang all night. I know for a fact that was a "Lie"!!! After being a loyal customer for 40 years I'm finished. I'll happily pay twice as much somewhere else.

Horrible service. Accidentally ordered from the wrong store and the store I ordered from refused to pick up the phone all 10 times I called to cancel the order. Customer service lines are only Monday thru Friday yet I’m sure their busiest day is Saturday night. No way to contact them and cancel the order.

This is potentially the worst customer service of any restaurant of any service level in the entire Kansas City metro area. You will be guaranteed to wait at least an additional 30 to 45 minutes if not into eternity for the food you were supposed to pick up. Nobody will address you. They will do their best to ignore you. They will always complain about how they are ready to go home in front of customers. They will scream in the kitchen at each other where customers are within an ears reach. They will even verbally berate customers to their face. They don't care about their customers. They don't care how long you wait. They don't care how they make you. This place needs to go out of business. if employees cannot do any better than this they don't deserve to make the wage that keeps paying their bills. If management cannot do any better employing people and training them to do the job correctly while being courteous to customers and professional when in eyesight they don't deserve the compensation that running a business brings them. I'm all for cutting people slack. I understand business is hard to run especially these days. These people are not trying. These people are running an operation not even a Third World nation should put up with.

Took 25 mins in the lobby for the order to be wrong then another 10 ...then they didn't have any 2 litter pops and didn't wanna fix it ...I ordered
This gets 2 stars because of the rude lady that will not take or make new orders even if someone is willing to wait! The night staff gets 5 stars!! Never during the day are there carry out ready!! Will only order at night!!
