Horrible service. Accidentally ordered from the wrong store and the store I ordered from refused to pick up the phone all 10 times I called to cancel the order. Customer service lines are only Monday thru Friday yet I’m sure their busiest day is Saturday night. No way to contact them and cancel the order.
Good enough food for the price, but they have ALOT of logistical challenges. They never use the pick up kiosk. You always have to wait for someone to come up to the counter and if you come when they’re slow good luck. If they’re busy then they are behind.

This is the second store I've had this issue with. I called ahead to place my order and instead of someone politely answering the phone and taking my order they hung up on me instead. Little Ceaser's must be doing so well that when they're busy they can afford to hang up on their customers.
