The only time I have ever actually received food at the window was at 6 AM. Every other time I wait at least 15 minutes in one of thr numbered parking spaces that are always full of other cars. I have never seen a McDonald's this slow before. I am currently contemplating driving away.

They always change their hours. Online it says 2am and I got here and he said “tonight we closed at 1” Do the employees just make their own hours or is it wrong online?

They forgot all three fries on my order aswell as the bbq sauces. Also staffs not the nicest. Service is kinda hit or miss… $40 for fast food and we didn’t even get half our order.. disappointing

I wanted to update my review, I went today asked for fresh filetofish, fresh fries and fresh 10 piece nuggets. I got the worst food there was, nuggets smelled like stale oil, fish felt like it was re-cooked many times, and was very hard to bite, and fries were dry and shrunk. And here's the deceiving thing they did, they put special request stickers on all the items, to make them appear fresh and took the order patiently, friendly and also told me to park on the curbside to wait. You are so worst! Period?! I am not visiting you again!

The staff seems better trained the food order is taken correctly, and was given to me promptly and in a freshly hot condition. Keep it up Mcdonalds!

The owner is incredibly cheap. Only 2 sauces for a 20-piece nugget? Then he tried to charge me for more. He’s clearly understaffed because he doesn’t want to pay for employees, so he does everything himself and treats customers poorly. Worst McDonald's in the area. Avoid this place if you can.

I ordered food online (Christmas Eve). There were no holiday hours displayed on the app. After arriving I went to the drive thru window & spoke to the manager who was EXTREMELY RUDE!! I will be following up with corporate for sure.

Meh what else can I say. The customer service experience of yester years is long gone. Quick buck for quick food. Move to stall 4 so thay can hurry and take the 2 people behind yous money. Only to deliver cold fries. Then when you go inside to complain there's 1 register with no one to help you.

While this location usually does a good job at getting our orders in a fairly timely manner tonight was horrendous. I’m not sure if they were short staffed or what was happening but the way they handled the overload was not ok either. I ordered ahead of time before running an errand in the same complex. When I arrived at McDonald’s there was no parking spot for curbside pickup and the drive thru line was wrapped around, so clearly busy. I circled 3x and then my spot # timed out so I had to go inside to claim my order. To summarize, from the time I walked inside McDonald’s to the time I walked out with my food was 55 MINUTES! People kept walking in to get orders stating they had been waiting curbside for 30-40 min and they couldn’t even cancel their orders because it was “prepping” even though it clearly was not. There was someone in the lobby who was a diabetic and they had to request food made immediately for them as they had waited 30 min already for their food. Meanwhile, the curbside orders kept trucking through. They needed to shut down further app/online ordering and even the drive thru lanes until they had caught up in their orders. The manager wasn’t available to assist people trying to cancel orders (understandably as they were trying to help get food out). Pre-ordering and having to wait an hour once I showed up defeated the whole purpose. From now on, if I return, I will only be ordering through the drive thru and wait at the window until my food is prepared. I likely will not be returning back there for some time though. Super dissatisfied in this location today. Even the manager stepping out and saying orders are taking about 30-40 min to prepare if you’d like to wait or cancel your order would have lessened the frustration and provided people with a sense of how long they would be waiting. Instead we just had to keep asking for them to check our order status. I could have sat down at Bar Olathe next door and eaten faster than that!

Do not go inside this McDonalds. Only go thru the drive thru. I have been waiting for 21 minutes. I will never go to this store ever.

While several other locations are hiring only one ethnicity and barely speak English this location is very diverse and I’ve had no issue with all of the employees ability to speak and understand English. The customer service is great, and the food is usually fresh. By far the best location in this town..
I mean seriously? Ice cream machine was broken. Why is it McDonalds ice cream machines break so easily? Or do you just not want to clean it…
Said I couldn’t have my service animal in there and tried to make me leave
