Quick, courteous, calm. Even during rush hour there isn't a sense of "rush". The lines may be longer, but they are always quick. Reminds me of a Chick-fil-A as far as that goes. Food is always hot and fresh. Never sitting under lights.

If u order on the app no matter how much in advance they make u wait...even if theres noone else in line they make u pull to the side...as if ur not as good as someone who orders at the drive-thru

This is the best run McDonalds I have ever been to. I go there all the time, they are fast with amazing accuracy. They go the extra mile to make sure your food is fresh and accurate. I just ordered 3 specific happy meals at 6pm with 2 adult meals, was gone in under 3 minutes. Same service for the am breakfast crew. Very good management and training.

Went here last night to get the McRib meal with the extra McRib for 1$… the night person working said they are independently owned and don’t have to do the 2nd McRib for 1$ and charged full price for the second sandwich. I don’t believe she’s right but either way I would watch your prices closely here at night. Or just go to another location that honors McDonald’s menu prices all together.

They messed my order up. Instead of 3 Big Mac meals for my tween boys, they gave us 3 chicken nugget happy meals. We were pressed for time, so the boys ate them anyway (despite the food being cold and them not liking whatever it is McDonald’s nuggets are made of)…but the manager refused to refund me back the difference (like $15). What ever happened to customer service? If you make a mistake, offer to fix it!
Get prepared for long wait times for mobile orders, or drive thru. I mobile ordered my food not once but several occasions where I waited over 40+ minutes for it. Each time I’ve gotten sick off of it. This Mcdonald’s can’t be clean. Last week I ordered a Mcrib meal and landed in the hospital with an e. coli infection, I’ll never be back.

Please check your food before eating it especially if you have allergies. I ordered a drink and a cheeseburger no pickle no onion and it had onions on it, thankfully I'm not allergic though allergy to onions is not unheard of.

Clean the tables. Have an order taker that speaks English in an understandable way. the guy tried - but was Indian and would not slow down. Forgot the chicken nuggets from the $5 meal deal. Fries were not crispy or hot. Coke machine was kinda out of coke syrup. Is there something to like about this location?? Does the owner care??

"Place on your table and we'll bring your food to you" ... One other person in the store and myself and one other person sat down at table put this on the table and waited and waited and waited for two items ... After awhile I went to see what the hold up was and they had the warm food sitting out on the front counter food was not fresh and warm... Not sure the logic there when you are instructed to take a number and put it on table
