A few days ago, I stopped by your Olathe store on a rough day. Work had been overwhelming, and I wasn’t in the best headspace. I went in just to grab and get out. But one of your employees greeted me with genuine kindness, it caught me off guard. She didn’t just ask if I needed help, she saw me. She smiled, asked how my day was going, and took the time to walk me through menus options while we talked about dogs (a big passion of mine). It was a short interaction, but it left a lasting impact. That small moment reminded me how powerful simple kindness can be. It spreads. And I’m doing my part to keep it going.
