As expected and very fast
Compared to all the other “pizza chains” I feel Papa Murphy’s is a cut above. Every time I order from them the pie is loaded with fresh ingredients and is easy to bake. My biggest like is the taste.They never disappoint
Like the speed, fresh ingredients, and location of our Papa Murphy's. However the ordering process was frustrating. When I tried to check out and select the offered reward with points, I was told there weren't enough items in my card and needed to add something, even a free item. I didn't get the reward even though the site said it was applied. And the reward points were deducted. Preston's excellent service and engaging conversation made the experience delightful. Despite a steady flow of customers, he managed to provide exceptional service and even accommodated payment with an EBT card. The store is wheelchair accessible, as witnessed by a customer in a wheelchair being able to easily order. Overall, Papa Murphy's offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, delicious pizzas, and outstanding customer service, making it a go-to spot for pizza lovers in the area.
