I know being in any kind of service industry sucks around holidays because people are rude but she was quick, kind, and gave everyone in the lobby the same awesome positive attitude. “I put in a delivery order through the Pizza Hut app to the hotel we were staying at as we were passing through. They use door dash for delivery which we had no idea they did but no big deal. I get a call from the door dasher that they couldn’t find our location. They didn’t speak English and unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish so we tried our best to communicate through a translator over the phone. After sending them my location pin and the gps link to the hotel(Holiday Inn) they still couldn’t find it. On the tracker I watched them pass it twice then I get a text from them asking me to cancel my order. I call Pizza Hut and the amazing man working remade our entire order (after closing) and we picked it up with no issues. Way to make a headache of a situation, right :) Also, the food was AMAZING! We ordered a meat lovers, cheese, buffalo medium boneless and cinnamon bread sticks.“
“My regular go-to Pizza Hut place. Overall, it has been an above average experiences. Once in a blue moon there’s a hiccup, but 95% of the time, I’m a satisfied customer. Should you come here? Yes.
