The older female worker put a huge amount of blue cheese ( like a wad) on my roast beef sandwich on 4/29 at 6:30pm It was disgusting ! If that is who is in charge there is nonhope for that place. Super gross waste of my money.

I ordered “The Wreck” and something about it didn’t taste right. I had to spit it out and throw it away. Not sure if the lettuce wasn’t fresh or what was the cause of the bad taste. Sad cause this was only my second time to try a Potbelly, last time was several years back at closed mission store. After this bad experience I don’t think I’ll be back

I’m so confused by this location. The employees used to be awful. We quit coming altogether the. It closed. No surprise. When it opened again we gave it another shot. The first few times we came it was really goo and the employees were great. Then we had a not-so-good experience followed by several very good experiences. Today the man who made my sandwich clearly wish he was doing anything else. He scraped the hard crust off the top of the hummus and instead of discarding it, put it on my sandwich. Just why??Went again tonight. Everything was great! Thanks ShanRica!

Never been to a Potbelly’s before and after eating some of their Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies I had to go visit this store. Went in for lunch, decided to order a sandwich while I was there but I mainly came for the cookies. I ordered the wreck, love the way they can take out the middle of the bread since I don’t like a lot of bread. The only issue I had is for the price you do not get enough meat. My Sandwich was prepared exactly like I wanted it. This is a step up from Subway more or less a gourmet sandwich shop. The cookies are great. I will go out my way for those oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Another thing I liked the store was clean & the area where they prepared the food was very clean. I would recommend Potbelly’s.

Had a wonderful experience today at Potbellys. I had the pleasure of being served by Grace who was super friendly, and kind and went above and beyond. My roast beef sandwich was absolutely scrumptious. Can't wait to go back.
Traveling several hours and stopped for lunch. Never been to a Potbelly before. Shared the big Mediterranean sandwich with hubby and my 2 yr old and it was delicious! Staff was very very very nice and patient with us (we asked many questions, being our first time). Will definitely stop by for lunch next time we pass through!

Horrible customer service. Only 2 people ahead of us and after standing there for 30 min we told them politely that we might just cancel our order of shakes since they hadn’t even started on them and the guy just says “good”. I said excuse me thinking he didn’t hear me and he just ignores me. At least have the courage to say it to my face. I guess that’s why they took 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, they don’t want customers
