Had a wonderful experience today at Potbellys. I had the pleasure of being served by Grace who was super friendly, and kind and went above and beyond. My roast beef sandwich was absolutely scrumptious. Can't wait to go back.
Traveling several hours and stopped for lunch. Never been to a Potbelly before. Shared the big Mediterranean sandwich with hubby and my 2 yr old and it was delicious! Staff was very very very nice and patient with us (we asked many questions, being our first time). Will definitely stop by for lunch next time we pass through!

Never been to a Potbelly’s before and after eating some of their Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies I had to go visit this store. Went in for lunch, decided to order a sandwich while I was there but I mainly came for the cookies.
