This particular Scooter's is great because it's more than just a drive through; this has a spacious seating area like a traditional coffee shop. It's nice, comfortable, and unpretentious. It's a great place to have a coffee and get some work done or to catch up with friends and such. There are plenty of plug ins for your devices, so you can settle in for a good long while.
I was in line behind this rude man at the drive thru and he was so rude that I actually went inside the store after he did so I could listen. I have been coming to this location for years 5 sometimes 7 days a week and believe me when I tell you they are the absolute best. I have never had a drink made incorrectly or anything but incredible customer service.David you obviously are just angry man. I stood behind you in line and listened to the whole thing. I applaud them for handling...
"Hi cutie, welcome to Scooties!" is my FAVORITE greeting of all time! I could be having the worst day at work & that greeting will still put a smile on my face! So shoutout to Riley (my apologies if I spelled it wrong) for providing such great customer service!! This Scooter's will always be my favorite because of her!!?
