Honestly, I walked in with a somewhat sour mood. I wasn’t looking forward to sitting in the cold (32 degrees) for an hour for my daughter soccer match. But my mood shifted quickly after being helped by Danielle. Her kindness and come as you are attitude made it hard not to leave in better spirits. This particular Scooter's is great because it's more than just a drive through; this has a spacious seating area like a traditional coffee shop. It's nice, comfortable, and unpretentious. It's a great place to have a coffee and get some work done or to catch up with friends and such. There are plenty of plug ins for your devices, so you can settle in for a good long while.
I was in line behind this rude man at the drive thru and he was so rude that I actually went inside the store after he did so I could listen. I have been coming to this location for years 5 sometimes 7 days a week and believe me when I tell you they are the absolute best. I have never had a drink made incorrectly or anything but incredible customer service.David you obviously are just angry man. I stood behind you in line and listened to the whole thing.
