The management of this store has got to be in the dump. I visit from out of state and make this my go to Starbucks store. The workers are genuinely nice and try their best but you can just tell that they are stressed and barely keeping up. Orders often wrong, didn't really feel like a customer, just a number.
I would recommend going to another store for coffee.

The slowest Starbucks of all time! You need at least an extra 30 min out of your day for a coffee run here. I consistently have experienced long wait times even with only one car in front of me. I have never waited less than 15-20 min here and it’s almost always over 30 min! I try to go to the one on 135th or even going into the Hy-Vee across the street from this location is faster. Insane!

They are approaching this differently, so I'd rather give them 6 stars. Not only they tried to upsell my order but I never felt pressured ("an avocado spread would go really well with you egg bites, wanna try?"), but I got a little note on my cup. Nicely done!!!!

I have been going to this Starbucks for many years and every single time I go, the service is incredible. Today, I completely forgot that I placed a mobile order 😅 and I called the lady on the phone was very understanding. I came back a little later and she remade my order. I highly recommend this Starbucks.

I I went twice in the span of an hour in the first person that helped me was really friendly and answered any questions I had. The second time I went the person that took my order was rude and she got it wrong but by the time I realized they were close. Starbucks is not an inexpensive place to go so I would be very leery about visiting this one to pay the money I did for my drink and it was wrong and the person that took it was very rude.

You'll likely be greeted if you walk in, often by your first name (if you go in enough), and you'll leave hearing the Starbucks Partners wishing you a great day. You won't find any surprises in the drinks or food -- standard Starbucks fare -- but you may be surprised with the vibe and hospitality. And cleanliness!
Kid-friendliness: Bring them in; they're welcome in this store.
Needed to waste about 20 minutes before an appt. Came in to snag a frozen green tea Frappuccino! Drink was made quickly and to my specifications! Staff was great!

I stopped going there for a while due to the bad service. During the summer I had to go in and have “Simon” remake my drink for me multiple times. I have been spending lots of $$ on this place. I decided to give them another chance this week 11/01/2024, my food was super cold and my drink 3/4 full. This place is very close to me so after a long discussion with my husband we placed another order this morning and was disappointed again…missing some items on this order. We are DONE with this place.
