We went through the drive thru so you’re kinda stuck in it. It’s either order or sit there and wait to go to another location. It would have been nice to try new seasonal items but they were already out of the raccoon cake pops. When it’s something new and seasonal, one would think that someone would order accordingly. I also don’t understand serving such hot drinks without a sleeve. I had to go in to get one and you would have thought I was asking for something unheard of. I had to ask 3 times for it and was met with the question of, “Why?” It was like I was asking them to give me gold. It’s a very hot drink. Put a sleeve on it.

It's a booth set up in HyVee, so not much for ambience. It's Starbucks coffee so you know what you are getting. The staff are very nice and greet my wife even when she isn't buying coffee. Hmmm, does that mean she's there too often?

The staff is very busy with drive-through and online customers. I walked in and was helped immediately at the register but then had to wait about 15 minutes for my beverage. The staff is very friendly and the beverage was yummy.
My decaf mocha Frappuccino tasted like chocolate milk, there was no decaf coffee in my coffee. This is the second time this has happened, if I had wanted chocolate milk thats what I would have ordered. Other then that, friendly service.

Need a cup of coffee or latte, and you're rushed, your best bet is to go to McDonald's. Plus, if you're looking for value for the price. Starbucks are over priced. Make your gourmet coffees at home.
