It's a booth set up in HyVee, so not much for ambience. It's Starbucks coffee so you know what you are getting. The staff are very nice and greet my wife even when she isn't buying coffee. Hmmm, does that mean she's there too often?
The staff is very busy with drive-through and online customers. I walked in and was helped immediately at the register but then had to wait about 15 minutes for my beverage. The staff is very friendly and the beverage was yummy.
Slow, slow, slow. Put your patience on. If you're on your way to work and pressed for time this is not the place. Need a cup of coffee or latte, and you're rushed, your best bet is to go to McDonald's. Plus, if you're looking for value for the price. Starbucks are over priced. Make your gourmet coffees at home.
