We stopped by this truck to try it out in Spring Hill. Really good. I got the #4 Nam Khao. Crispy sour savory rice dish that is a new experience for me and I will definitely look out for this again. My wife got the #5 and it was good too. Nice people and good food! Give it a try!

We ordered from the Sticky Rice on Wheels food truck today in Basehor, KS during their farmers market. Ordered the sticky rice combo, crab rangoon, caramelized noodles, and spring rolls. Our favorites were the sticky rice combo and the spring rolls and crab rangoon. A little bit pricy, but the portions were enough for three or four people to share and something different to enjoy in the little town of Basehor.

Louisburg has no good options for food so when the food trucks come though I get excited. Sticky Rice On Wheels is so good! I had their combination fried rice and a cherry limeade. It was delicious!

Wow! First time trying Laotian food, and we were blown away! Amazing flavors and beautiful presentation!

Sticky Rice on Wheels serves perfectly acceptable food out of a truck. I really liked the Kua Mee (chicken, noodles and some veggies) and the crab rangoon. The other dishes were a-ok. Please look at the truck's social media pages. They spend a lot of time in Olathe at Santa Fe & Chester (just east of Ridgeview,) but they do move around.

Great food! Great people! Might be the best crab rangoon I have ever had...and the chai tea, delicious!

The kua mee ($8 including tax) was served with a smile just four minutes after I ordered at the counter. It was generously sized (in a loaded 8" x 6" x 2" container) and delicious, with fresh green onions, fresh sprouts, eggs, and a fair portion of chicken on a bed of tasty caramelized rice noodles, all at perfect temperatures.A small outside dining area, a condiments table, bottled drinks, and daily specials were available. They also accepted credit cards. My bag did not include utensils, but forks and chopsticks were available at the condiments table. The truck is currently located in a parking lot across from Asian Food Market during weekends. They frequently close due to unfavorable weather or family events, so check their FB page before visiting. Overall, very nice, and reasonably priced.

A great food truck. I haven't enjoyed Lao food since high school, but everything we purchased from Sticky Rice on Wheels was excellent. The spring rolls were expertly rolled and fresh. My daughter said the egg rolls were the best she has eaten and stole mine so I can't attest to that statement. My son loved the pho. The "chicken noodle soup" was very good with a unique presentation. I would advise getting anything on the menu. They told me they are going to be in their current location until the end of January.
