Food is great. It has happened several times that we did not get the side that was to be included with our order. Too far to drive back and get it. Reminder to always check your order to ensure you got all the food you paid for before you drive away.

I have loved strip’s since moving to Olathe 2 years ago, and me and my husband eat here at least monthly if not more. Love to support a great small business. I have gotten the honey kissed nuggets about 5-6 times in the last few months. I’ve had it in both regular and large sizes, but the portion in the large I received did not seem even the same as a regular portion a few months ago. I remember getting a large previously and the container was over half full with chicken. I love strips and the food is amazing but please get portion sizes straight because this is not a large portion. Thank you

I got the pepper jack cheese sticks I really didn't like them I ate one and I walked back there and they would not refund replace or substitute for something else and the lady was really rude said no and walked off

Did y'all change the recipe for the Mac and cheese? I remember it being tasty and full of flavor. It has been a while since I have been but I went tonight and was disappointed with the mac. It was dry and bland. It was like eating plain pasta with the pulled pork and bbq sauce on it. I will be going back. Hopefully, it was just an off day.

Great place, but I think some of the food lost its flair? Ordered the mac and cheese bowl for the first time in years. Was amazing in the past, but not so much this time. Bland, tasteless, dry chicken, not-at-all cheesy. For the price, may not take the risk on that in the future.

I don’t like to pay for DoorDash because it’s so expensive but I had to do to health issues. Expected my meal to come as ordered. The restaurant shipped some type of mac & cheese in place of my pepper jack cheese stick appetizer. It’s frustrating when you pay for full delivery and only get one of the items you wanted to eat for the national championship football game. The only offer was to get my money back for the cheese sticks, which I wouldn’t have ordered the meal if it was only one sandwich as this was a celebration for me. If you mess up the order, you should refund the entire order. DoorDash did nothing wrong. This was all on the restaurant for not putting the right food in the bag.
