The ice cream is good. The staff is very friendly. But I find it hard to order from this place. There are a lot of items with fun names, like Mahomes Madness or Sunday Funday, but those names don't help me to know what's in the ice cream. I have to walk up to each tub and read what's in them. Then the person behind me just starts ordering while I'm reading. Maybe it's a customer problem, maybe it's how they handle customers. Maybe it's me. Either...
Best Ice Cream in Kansas City. Only place we'll go. But for the love...please post a photo of your menu on Social Media everyday!! I send my hubby to pick up most of the time...and always has to send me a photo. I get that some flavors sell out and get swapped out...but still!
Super awesome every time we go there ice cream is delicious and yes you can try it. Never had bad service but this time was exceptional the waffle cone is a little thin and it broke right at the register and the ice cream fell on the floor. They gave me a new one immediately made it so easy.
