We wanted some good, ol' school Taco Bell grub and as usual was not disappointed. Near Olathe off I-35. Easy to get to. Easy parking. Ordered up quickly. Not busy after 2 p.m. 2nd car in our party had to be on the road quickly. Nuff said. Order the usual faves. The proper hot sauce (diablo & fire) 🤗. And good to go. Smiles all around from me (gramps) to grandkids!

Been here severeal time the lady that worksing here now she rude nasty and she always refuses to serve me if i was the owner and had employee doing that i wojld fire her herebshe costing the company moeny i was nothing but nice trying get food for my 3 year old and got treat like i was dog

Made an order on DoorDash at a pretty reasonable time to this Taco Bell. Got a “discovery” box just to discover they got most instructions wrong. No sauces even though I was supposed to get five different sauces which they made me pay for, the cheesy dipping burritos which I upgraded to steak were chicken, other items that had modifiers were made normally, and to top it all off I finally made it to my drink which was very flat. If these employees cannot care enough to read the ticket I’m not gonna spend a premium to basically get scammed. All in all missing about 9 dollars in items. Do not door dash here, go in so you can check the contents of the bag yourself.

Came in Saturday around 1 pm. Ordered 2 crunchy tacos and 4 Doritos locos tacos. Worked claimed to have the order come out to 25 dollars which seemed insane to me so I pressed her on the issue saying there’s no way that’s my total. She then said it was her mistake and said the actual total was 19 dollars. Again looking at the review of what I ordered she added something I clearly did not order. Called her out on that again. Finally came out to 17 dollars. These people are scammers who don’t know how to do their job. Person taking my payment did not tell me my total or confirm what I ordered and did not give me the correct amount of change back. Any good restaurant owner would at least acknowledge these horrible reviews and apologize but that won’t happen at this establishment. If you want tacos or any food in that genre. Go anywhere else. I recommend a taco truck in downtown Olathe
Every time I try to give this place a chance, they still manage to screw up my order. I said no tomatoes and what did I have on my chicken Chalups, tomatoes. Last Wednesday, I ordered 2 burrito surpremes and a chicken enchiladas, only got 1 burrito surpreme and 2 chicken enchiladas. I am done with Taco Bell. There is no excuse for this nonsense.
