You know, I'm usually not one to complain, or to leave a horrible review, but this place just really didn't have one good thing to offer for me. We went in, noticed there were fans on everywhere inside. No big deal. We go up to order, and the cashier looks extremely annoyed and she was not friendly whatsoever. I had never been there, and I asked what all came in the burritos. She didn't inform me that I could pick what meat I wanted, and just rang me up for beef. I looked at their oaoer menu and realized I could have got chicken if I wanted, for the same price. About 5 minutes in, I realize that the fans are on because this place doesn't have running air conditioning! I watched one of the guys at the back bring out a table their food, very friendly and nice to them. When our food comes out, the lady at the front just called out our numbers, but she didn't even attempt to be loud so you couldn't even hear her. And she left them on the counter for us to walk up amd get. The food is worse than taco bell, and twice the cost.

I LOVE Taco Via but will never return to this location. First I received an item that was wrong. I was given a plater and charged more when I only wanted the 1 item. I let the staff know and asked for the $1.75 refund. She acted like it was my fault and reluctantly gave me the refund. We then heard the cashier on the phone with Steve as she proceeds to talk bad about me and call me nasty names. I told my family to just finish eating so we can leave. My husband then finds a hair in his food. We are all grossed out and I decided to ask for a refund as we still had not eaten much of our meal. The cashier states she will only refund for the bowl of nachos as that is what had a hair in it. I state I want a refund for the whole meal. The cashier refused to refund me, even for just the uneaten food. I will make sure I only go to the 95th street store from now on.
Taco Via is my absolute favorite Taco place in the entire KC Metro area. They have the best taco sauce and whole nachos that I've ever had.

The last several times I've been to the Olathe Taco Via location the air conditioning has been broken. It is uncomfortable eating inside. The workers look & act like they're burning up! The prices aren't cheap, and having a working ac is part of having a business. I might add, during the 20 minutes I was eating my meal, four couples walked in, realized it was hot, then turned around and left.
