I have always enjoyed Taco Via. Same tasty food that I have eaten since Middle School. I have fond memories of hanging out there as a teen when it was located at Oak Park Mall. My favorite is the Taco Burger, Sancho and Nacho. The three star rating given instead of a four is because of the ambiance. Every time I visit, there is Christian music playing. I've been eating at Taco Via's for almost 25 years. I love beef enchiladas. Yesterday, I had the best order of enchiladas that I've ever had at any Taco Via. I had gotten used to them being cold in the middle because if they were heated through, by the time that happens the "plate" is usually melting. Not this time. The last several times I've been to the Olathe Taco Via location the air conditioning has been broken. It is uncomfortable eating inside. The workers look & act like they're burning up! The prices aren't cheap, and having a working ac is part of having a business. I might add, during the 20 minutes I was eating my meal, four couples walked in, realized it was hot, then turned around and left.
