Took my server 10 minutes from the time she took my order to finally bark it out. Didn’t get my waffle until I was leaving. There’s bigger problems than taking a 15 minute process and extending it into a 45 minute ordeal, but come on, I got stuff to do and my time is valuable.

All the tables were dirty, waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged, took my drink order and never got my drink had to walk up to the counter and ask for it, my steak melt was great but my hashbrowns were soggy. It was me and one other table, and the guy complained abt how slow it was could still couldn’t do his job.

Me and my boyfriend came to this location this morning and when we walked in, dishes were everywhere on the table and there was nowhere to sit because of the dishes that were piled up on the table. Establishment had no straws and when we asked for a styrofoam cup, it had dirt in it. We didn’t even get to order food because of the state of the restaurant and how there was only one waiter and one cook. Other waiters or waitresses were nonexistent. I’ve been to some pretty bad waffle houses but this took the cake

The BEST waffle house in KC metro. We drive past several other locations to come here and never regret it! Jamel and Bri and all the servers are wonderful ❤️
