The fries were burnt and stale.
No napkins give, food cold. Don’t give utensils when needed. The girls are just gossiping and talking instead of focusing on doing there job.
Food was cold. Fry container was half empty. Drive thru person didn't give straws and took awhile to get his attention again. I ordered the bbq burger which (usually) has the patty, cheese, pickles and crispy onions. This had no onions no pickles.
Every time I go to this location something is messed up. I should learn my lesson by now.
The manager, Connie, is RUDE! Our cashier was clearly new, he said he had only been there 2 weeks, and she was dressing him down for small issues in front of a lobby FULL of customers. It was so bad that my mom and I said something, another lady and her mom said something, and the guy behind us literally took his kids and left. I was appalled at how she was talking to this young man. But I applaud Victor for still being respectful to her and having a good attitude with customers....read full review
