This was my go to spot for a cheap lunch but today ruined that for me. My brother and I came in and were met by the worst day shift manager I've ever met. She complained to my brothers face about how he didn't know how to use their mobile app. Then immediately followed up with yelling at her coworkers for not getting an order right (loud enough for everyone in the store to hear). I've never met a manager who mistreats her customer and employees in less than 2minutes.
How hard is it to treat people with respect.
Won't recommend this store to my friends or family. I won't be coming back, I'd rather drive across town to a different Wendy's than come back here.

My order was messed up. Ordered a egg cheese croissant and there was meat on it and no cheese the egg was hard and rubbery and the croissant was hard and chewy. Service if looks could kill, man.....was not one single smile.

Pulled up to the drive through and was met with a girl standing outside hitting her vape, and a guy was about to walk outside with his vape or cigarette but when they saw me pull up they both walked back inside. I then ordered pulled up to the window and the same girl who was vaping was taking my payment and handing out my food. My food was not cooked all the way at all and everything was cold. I will not be attending this Wendy’s again.

Had to wait for what felt like forever (right around 15-20 minutes). Didn’t give me my full order and when I asked for the rest I was told I didn’t order it. They didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t verify whether I got charged for what was missing or not. I left without the last item that I ordered because I simply didn’t want to have to argue or wait in line any longer.

I went through the drive thru and there was hair in both my fries and my nuggets. I asked for multiple sauces and they only gave me 1 so i had to pull through again to get more.
Tool care of me. Crew values the customer. Takis Sandwich is a great think. Probably could be cheaper. Good taste. Coupon available in the app. They're discontinued soon. Good time to try it.

New renovation gutted the place, no booths and hard uncomfortable chairs. Used to come in here to enjoy a relaxing meal now its open and uncomfortable. Staff could be better, but hey it's fast food.
