Excellent food and service
Most of the good reviews for this place is 3 years old. The current reviews show the decline in this restaurant. This restaurant the (Osage city one )does not care about Customer Service!! This is family owned business with multiple restaurants ran by different family members. The other El Ranchito franchises are so much better and I’m not referring to them . It’s the Osage City Ranchito’s that service sucks!! The food is a hit or miss, some items good, some not so good...read full review
