Slow service always short staffed
Went thru drive thru waited and no service so just left . Wish they would have knowledge that I was there, but quiet I got.
Coming through on long bike ride! Great pit stop for drinks for us but food would probably hit the spot too depending on time!

Recently, there have been concerns about the removal of trays, with food and drinks sometimes being handed out directly, leading to drinks lying on dirty shirts if the carhops are busy. Many stalls have issues, and the food has been described as tasting old, with some patties being hard. Carhops and order takers can be inconsistent, and workstations sometimes appear not very clean even during slow times. Prices are considered high compared to other places. Additionally, it is sometimes difficult to pay with a card and to see order status, indicating problems with the ordering system.
