We used to love to go to Nagoya! The food used to be so much better! The last 3 times we've been there had the same waitress unfortunately. Actually almost turned around to leave when we saw she was the only waitress at the time but thought we'll give her another chance. Unfortunately very disappointed again. Went there for my birthday dinner 8-22-2024. Server Miranda V. It wasn’t busy, maybe 2 to 4 people a table with us being the 5th table sat. Water to drink, ordered a California roll, egg rolls and we both got teriyaki chicken. Dropped soup and salad, dropped my husbands egg rolls, and didn’t see her again until she dropped food. The price is high, the service was not up to par. never came by to see what we thought about the food or if it was done correctly. Finally came by and asked how it was and if we were going to have dessert. explained that most of the meal was good but the steak was cold while everything else was hot. did not offer any compensation.
