PrimeTime Grille Reviews
I go to the Sunday brunch and I always
get the best service! Your staff is friendly and remembers where I sit and what I want. I’ve been dining alone as the person I usually eat with has been sick. I sit and eat at the bar and Lindsay is so friendly and makes sure I have everything I need plus talks to me as she works.
I do get carry out to go too and it’s always good.
Great staff and food! One of the top places to eat in Ottawa!
Management treats staff poorly & calls them out daily in the prime time group chat to try and embarrass and degrade staff.
( I have text proof of Sarah Pedrow (FOH manager) doing so!
my husband and I came from Overland Park ks to try the new menu. Definitely worth the drive! my husband raved about his meal the entire time we were there. our waitress lindsey was very knowledgeable of the menu and did a great job helping us decide what to get and very attentive during our visit. we will definitely be back. thanks for the amazing food and service.

PrimeTime Grille is a popular dining destination that offers a welcoming atmosphere and delicious cuisine. Customers have praised the restaurant's quick service, attentive staff, and impressive menu offerings. The fish and fries, Panther Mac Attack with bacon and grilled chicken, and other dishes have been described as "very good" and "delicious." The restaurant's spacious and clean environment, along with its kid-friendly features like a bowling alley, make it an enjoyable experience for both families and individual diners. The new menu has been highly praised, with guests traveling from nearby areas to try the food and enjoying the knowledgeable service. The Chicken Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes is a standout dish, and fried pickles and cauliflower are popular starters. Visitors also appreciate the coldest beer in town and the variety of options available on the menu. Despite sharing space with a bowling alley, the restaurant remains spacious and comfortable, with tables that can be moved to accommodate different parties.
