“We enjoyed a phenomenal belated anniversary dinner last night at Saltwell. It was our first time back since a 2023 fire forced them to shutter their doors for restoration. The experience starts with a scenic 30-minute drive down winding country roads, past rolling fields and limestone fences, to an 1800's-era farmstead complete with rustic barns and a host of farm animals. A six-course farm-to-table menu is served inside the farmhouse over a leisurely 3-4 hour period. The food and staff are amazing, but what truly sets Saltwell apart is its heart. Every single detail radiates love, intention, and passion. Owners Rozz Petrozz and Shantel Grace have created something unique and truly extraordinary.
