I usually order my all time favorite, stolen brownie at Andys, but this time my experience was worst, as the brownie is so hard to eat and quantity was so less.

I was too excited to eat the Royals forever blue concrete to take a picture! Very friendly staff, they were busy, but the wait wasn’t very long. Thank you for an excellent experience!

You incorrectly charged me and couldn't provide me a receipt for the transaction. Only after I asked for a receipt, was anyone willing to give me a refund or even inform me that I was overcharged in the first place. Somehow, I still couldn't get a receipt, but was asked to take my card again and charge me for the correct amount. You could somehow get me a receipt for the second transaction, but not for the first one. This also took a very long time to get addressed and by the time this was all said and done, I was driving away with melted ice cream. Definitely not worth the money you charged me, and apparently I can't even verify with you that I'm receiving a refund...Frankly, you shouldn't have charged me at all for the experience I received. If being a customer of yours means you get overcharged, provided zero proof of the refund you're owed, and forced to eat ice cream soup, then count me out. I'd rather take McDonald's broken ice cream machine over that type of disfunction.

The ice cream from every andy’s frozen custard location is a 10/10, especially the Reeses Cup & Oreo Jackhammer. Staff were nice, gave me my ice cream in under 3 minutes.

Concretes are awesome. I recommend the chocolate, chocolate chip cookie dough, with oreo crumbles. Lots of great taste in that.
