They no longer carry full size basic butter/salt pretzels!?! You have to “order one”, then wait 15 min. It’s what this company started from! Everything is now a nugget. Disappointed.

Came here on Memorial Day. The Pepperoni nuggets were hard and burnt and not edible. Need to train staff better and to throw away old/over-cooked/bad batches instead of selling them to customers!

Ordered pizza nuggets and almond sweet nuggets, the cashier stated it would be fifteen minutes tried to get me to change my mind. I didn't and then ordered a regular pretzel and got a rock hard one with no salt. Was told then that it will be 20 minutes for a fresh one. Just horrible service.

Oak Park has 2 locations - this is for the one in the food court. Horrible service. My order was incredibly simple - small pretzel bites and a large cup of water. As I was being handed my water, the cheap cup collapsed in my hand - the lid wasn’t secure - and it spilled all over the counter. The kid who had handed it to me just stared and did nothing. No apology, just stood there dumbfounded like he didn’t know how to clean up spilled water. I asked for napkins, and was told by another employee snarkily that they were right in front of me on the counter, while the dispenser was completely empty. I told them it was empty. Not one of the 4 employees behind the counter attempted to help. I asked for napkins a 2nd time and was told AGAIN, in a very condescending tone, that they were right there on the counter. Still, not one employee did anything but stare at me, while I stood there shaking water off the bag of books I’d just purchased as Christmas gifts. Luckily, the books were unharmed. I hadn’t yet paid for my pretzel bites, so I walked away to go find some paper towels elsewhere since the rude, incompetent employees seemed totally disinterested in helping me clean up the spill. I’m sure the high school & college age kids working today were quick to label me a Karen, but as someone with 25 years experience in customer service, the way the situation was handled by the employees was appalling.

Customer service is non-existent, maybe try going to the other location in the mall it might be better.
