Kaci the DJ is so good!! The food OMG is amazing!!! I love this place!!!

This was the first time visiting and let me tell you they take care of you. Excited to come back and the entire staff is phenomenal.

The meatloaf on Wednesday is insanely delicious and the chicken fried chicken on Thursday is divine. The servers treat us like kings, the drinks are strong. What else could you want

We loved this place when it was McGuire's. Then it changed hands and the name changed to Beck's. The food remained above average. I now live in Lee's Summit so I hadn't been to Becks in about a year. We went last week. My salad was fine but my son said his chicken fried steak tasted like it had been microwaved. He wasn't impressed. The chicken fried steak there used to be stellar. When it was time to pay, our server wouldn't come pick up my money. She said I had to come up to the bar to pay. And of course, when I went up to the bar, there was nobody there so I stood and waited and waited. I finally went and sat back down. And went back up later. Still, no one was there to take my money.
The worst thing is that there are now flood lights all over the ceiling. What used to be a dimly lit and welcoming pub is now lit up with bright runway lights. I don't understand why any bar would put flood lights in the ceiling. When we go to have a chat and a drink, we don't need to be sitting in the glare of flood lights. I used to love it here but when we went last week, that was the last time for us.

Love the food and the bartender here. The burgers are great, service is wonderful, and it’s a good time. However, this is the second time my final bank charge was altered and my tip has been changed in excess of $20 or more.
Hope this gets addressed.

AMAZING dive bar. Excellent burgers nachos and other food. Friendly fun staff and guests. Cold beer. Good prices. Took several friends and family there recently. All loved it. Lisa and other staff are excellent and fun.

They don’t have enough money to turn on the air conditioner -so only go here if you like eating in an 85 degree room

This cute neighborhood bar has cheers vibes, excellent drinks, and the most amazing food! Everything is hand breaded, no frozen pre-cooked anything. The bartenders are all really cool. There's a great little outdoor patio. It's very clean, definitely a reflection of pride in ownership. If you're looking for a fun spot locally to get some good food and drinks and unwind this is your go to! They have karaoke a couple nights a week, live bands, and a poker night! We will be coming here regularly.

This is a great local pub that allows you to sit back and relax and enjoy people that you see there on a regular basis. The owner has made the individual effort to know our names when we show up. It's nothing fancy but it is a place that somebody will know your name.

Excellent, hand-breaded chicken sandwich. Clean establishment, great service, chill atmosphere.

This is my favorite place to eat! I live across the street, so it's great just walking over to eat! Always a great time!
