I ordered bone out chicken wings, teriyaki, there was hardly any meat. Meat. It was a lot of breading and it was dried out. The teriyaki sauce was not even warm, it's like they just poured it over the top of the chicken wings. The atmosphere was good, the service was good but it was the meal was not. I used to love going to Buffalo wild wings but I have to say the quality of their food has went down. It was a Saturday afternoon and there was hardly any people in the restaurant.

Arrived at this location at 12:17pm. with a party of four. Sat ourselves (no one was at the front). Was immediately chastised for seating ourselves by hostess in an arm sling. To her credit she did take our orders of ice waters and brought them out to us relatively quick. After waiting for 15 minutes the manager took our order, (4 orders of wings/fries) We waited another 30 minutes and the one waitress came and informed us our orders had been mixed up. After zero interactions from the staff or any updates from Mr. Buffalo Bill himself we spoke to the waitress again at 1:30 an hour after we ordered and was informed our burgers were almost done. Problem is........guess what? None of us ordered burgers. We proceeded to get up from our table and walk out the door only consuming one glass of water each (no refills were given)
As we were leaving, another blonde waitress whom we had no interactions with until just now demanded we pay for our order. It's funny because the only item I consumed for the past hour was frozen water aka. ice. I laughed her off as the court jester that she was and left the building.
TLDR: Waiting an hour for food, didn't get any, tried to make us pay for food we didn't receive
Not too many places you can charge for food that customers didn't eat.

I've been to BWW a few times, but last night was only my second time at this location. I enjoy the food and the atmosphere quite a bit, and my whole family was really looking forward to eating here. For the most part everything went well, but we were a bit disappointed with our service in several ways. Our waitress was friendly but seemed very distracted when she wasn't at our table. We couldn't get her attention to ask for more chips, and we could see our food sitting in the kitchen ready for 10 minutes before it was brought to us; meanwhile we could clearly see our server chatting with another server in the corner of the dining area for several minutes. Unfortunately, our food was cold when we received it and 2 things that I can remember were incorrect from the order, even though both of them had been specified twice. The waitress did not return to our table again until about 10 minutes after we had all finished eating at which point we were out of drinks and definitely ready for our check. I try not to ever write negative reviews and I do greatly appreciate the work people do in the food industry, however we were all pretty disappointed with our experience last night.

Very bad experience and disappointment today with my family. A Yamada waitress, Erika Brielyn, was upset because we asked her if she could clean a table so we could sit down and she said no because for some reason they hadn't cleaned it. She complained to her man yesterday and she invented that we wanted to fight her when that was totally false. Then the manayer came and told us what I mentioned. I told the manayer to check the cameras so he could see that what the waitress said was false and the manayer didn't want to, he said no. My way of thinking, that was nothing to do with the bad behavior of the two, very bad service.

The servers were treated with a tremendous amount of disrespect. I have never seen a store so blatant about shaming their workers in front of costumers. I witnessed first hand multiple employees get yelled at, scolded, or told they aren’t doing enough when they are just trying to work. This place seriously needs to reevaluate its managers because this behavior in-front of costumers is disgusting and unacceptable. Do better I am so disappointed!
Nice bartender and all but I asked for flats only. Got it to go, so I should have checked before i left. I checked when I got home and I got 7 drums and 3 flats. I spent 45$ and tipped over 15% and you didn't even get the order right. I'm not gonna take 30 minutes to go there wait for new wings and drive home in terrible fog just for flats but come on dude.

Had an order delivered from door dash.. The wings were great as expected. Im not sure what happened to portion sizes since the last time I bought from BWW but the fried pickles were half the portion they used to be and the ranch cups, they filled a 3rd of the way full. Incredibly disappointed considering I can get wings from several different places for less money, more food, and with the same quality. Do better.

Pathetic and slow staff. No one is ever standing in TO-GO stand. Most of the time the orders are sitting infront of our eyes for 20+mins and no one is here just to even hand over. It’s always this way. Been here 5th time!
