Maryam and The Manager Dakota greeted me as soon as I walked in with the upmost positive attitude and asked me they help me. I had an issue with Uber eats and they took care of everything. I personally recommend to come to this location above all they rectified an issue, took accountability and made me feel above and beyond reproach. Mr. Dakota is what I would look for in a manager. His demeanor is perfect. I haven’t been here five minutes and each and every single staff member has talked to me asked was I helped in everything this is one of the most friendliest places I’ve ever been and I truly 100% recommend come here.

impossible to get service here. I’ve had employees run away from the front desk and ignore lines at the counter after making eye contact numerous times. The place will be empty and they’ll ignore pickup orders for 5-10 minutes easy.
Food has gone downhill. I ordered wings with seasoning and just for fried chicken. Totally not worth what they charge

Maryam was our waitress and she was so great! Loved her vibes and she was so nice! The food was cool too and it was a nice spot for me and my friends to chill and eat for a few hours. Hope to be back some time soon!

We had our grand girls 11th birthday party there today. It was astronomically cold in there. Couple of people had blankets on. We talked to the manager of the restaurant he said there was nothing he could do with the temperature. It was hard to have a good time being so cold. On the flipside our service was absolutely amazing and the food was great!
This last time was bad. Got our drinks quickly then the bartender didn’t stop not one more time to check on us. Never got silver ware. The food was barely warm. Sat there an hour and a half because it took a half hour to get him to tab me out. Pretty bad

The best part of the night was the energetic hostess lol. After that it fell flat. Waitress was nice but not very friendly at all, ya know doesn't say anything after you say thank you. Buffalo Chicken dip was good though it came out same time as the food. Got 2 chicken sandwiches that tasted like frozen patties I could get out of my freezer. Half of my French fries were hard, to hard to eat. I've never gotten anything besides wings here, so maybe wings is the only way to go. $41 for 2 frozen chicken patties and some buffalo dip.

I ordered a 20 bone in 20 boneless wing order and asked for 5 boneless and 5 bone in wings to be plain wings. They proceeded to give me 40 wings with no sauce at all not even on the side. The kitchen staff needs to pay closer attention when reading tickets because it clearly states there is sauce requested on the order.

Last night I came in to eat (it's been awhile since went to B-Dubs), and I'm glad I went. The food was great, service was great, and i was able to enjoy myself when I went. Shoutout to one of the employees, her name was Shakala, you did a great job!! I'll be looking forward to eat there again.
