Came on NFL draft night for a takeout order. I ordered 5 hours ahead of my pickup time and then waited for 20 minutes after my pickup time for my order. They had a line of up to 10 people waiting at the pickup counter and were drastically understaffed. It makes no sense that they couldn’t cobble together an appropriate crew for draft night.

Pretty turbulent experience. I’ve been to multiple BWW in KC and this was the worst experience. First, ordered a non-alcoholic beer and the server brought a regular beer. Just ask if you don’t know what NA means. Second, asked for caramel with cheese curds and server forgot. Third, 3/4 of us got our food.. after 30 mins. The fourth didn’t get food for another 10-15 mins, then forgot side of sauce ordered with said burger. Fourth, found a hair in one of the boneless wings. Fifth, server said he would take those wings off the check, but didn’t. He asked who ordered 15 wings and uh… no one lol. I’m not sure how the training works here but I’m gonna guess it’s non existent. Go to any other B Dubs in the area. They’re all better than this one. Oh yeah, server never really checked on us. Seemed to be avoiding us. I contemplated filling up my own water. He claimed he was busy but no shot he was busy as half the tables were empty in the entire restaurant. We were there for three hours. Also, took his undeserved tip while we were still there. Maybe just a pet peeve of mine ??♂️

They lost a customer in me and I will not be going back for any reason. Not only was our food cold, servers unfriendly and insulting. They made us wait over 45 minutes for a check for cold food that we never got fixed, no one would make eye contact with our table, and seemed to avoid us while clearing tables in our section. Finally got the check which was wrong so went to the front to get it fixed. Was told the transaction would be corrected in a few days. We didn't leave a tip for obvious reasons. Once the money was transferred back we noticed our waitress left herself a $5 tip. Still waiting to see if we get our money back.

The only decent person from this whole situation was the man that gave me a refund, Jay Martin. We were told that we would get 25% off the entire order if we ordered mozzarella sticks. We waited an entire hour for our check. She was really rude and gone the whole time. We didnt get the 25% off either. told the manager about it and he did take the amount off and give us the right amount. After a few days I saw that it added an extra $5? maybe she tipped herself? Dont know, but when i called they immediately refunded all the money and said they would speak to the server. Got my money back but the whole situation was incredibly frustrating and really makes me question their staff.

I redeemed the offer for my Birthday wings today. It was good for free 6 piece wings. I ordered hot wings.The wings were hard and chewy. They taste old. I gave one to my Mother and she really talked about how bad and old they tasted. It was very disappointing.
