Waited 10 minutes at drive through order station and another 8 minutes to get to the pay window. When I arrived at the pay window, I told the young lady I was not paying and would drive through. She did not even know I ordered in line and did not use the mobile app. For the first time in my 60 years, I pulled out of line.
Fast and friendly
This BK has the worst service. Every time I order, they consistently miss something from the order.
I have called and left messages to have this addressed, and no one calls back.
