This particular McDonald's is never busy when I get there and each time I have been there, when I get my food is not even lukewarm. The meat is overcooked and the fries no warmth to them at all.
This may be one of the worst McDonalds in the metro, which is odd considering it's in a more affluent area of Overland Park. The drive-thru is a nightmare, with a single lane leading directly to a chokepoint in the parking lot, making it incredibly difficult to navigate, especially when people have to walk through that same place to go inside. The interior is also consistently very dirty.
